Man in his 60s dies after car hits tree
A man in his 60s has died after his car left the road and hit a tree.
Northamptonshire Police said the crash happen at 16:00 GMT on Thursday in Desborough.
The force said the silver Subaru approached the junction of Dunkirk Avenue and St Giles Close, left the carriageway and collided with a tree. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
It was not yet known why the car left the road and officers appealed for witnesses to come forward.
