Woman in court after substation hit by car
A woman has been charged with drink driving after a car struck an electrical substation.
A number of properties in Bawtry were left without power when the crash on Saturday caused a fire at the substation.
South Yorkshire Police said they were called to Gainsborough Road following reports of a single-vehicle crash at about 23.45 BST.
Hayley Booth, 32, of Orford Avenue, Lincoln, has been charged with driving over the prescribed limit in connection with the incident.
Ms Booth has been bailed to appear before Doncaster Magistrates' Court on 12 August.
Nobody was injured during the incident.
