Man denies arson after fire left family homeless
A man has denied arson after a fire at a property left a family homeless.
Opie Price, 47, pleaded not guilty to arson with intent to endanger life, following the blaze at an address on Green Rock Lane in Bloxwich, Walsall, just after 15:15 BST on 26 July.
He is due to face trial at Wolverhampton Crown Court on 20 January.
A 23-year-old man, also named Opie Price and accused of arson with intent to endanger life, is due to appear for a plea hearing at the same court on 11 November.
