Woman, 45, in court charged with attempted murder
A woman who was charged with attempted murder after a man suffered "life-changing injuries" has appeared in court.
Police were called to the centre of Pontypridd, Rhondda Cynon Taf, at about 09:00 BST on Tuesday.
A 45-year-old woman, of no fixed abode, was charged with attempted murder and appeared at Merthyr Tydfil Magistrates' Court on Thursday.
A 58-year-old man from Pentre remains in hospital where he is being treated for his injuries.
The woman also faces a charge of affray at Pontypridd railway station and the case was sent to be heard at Merthyr Tydfil Crown Court on Friday.
