Two charged after non-payment of restaurant bills
Two people have been charged with multiple offences by police investigating several reports of people not paying restaurant bills and shoplifting.
South Wales Police said a woman, 39, and a man, 41, both from Sandfields, Port Talbot, were each accused of five counts of fraud.
The woman is also facing four counts of theft.
It comes after what police called "multiple dine-and-dash and shoplifting offences", including one in Swansea.
The pair are due to appear at Swansea Magistrates' Court on 8 May.
