Man released on bail after stabbing in Truro
A 42-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent in Cornwall has been released on bail, police say.
Emergency services were called to reports of two people being injured on St Austell Street in Truro at about 17:00 BST on Saturday.
Two people were hospitalised with stab wounds after what Devon and Cornwall Police said was "a serious assault".
Officers said a police cordon and scene guard had been in place while inquiries continued, including attempts to locate "outstanding suspects".
The man has been released on police bail until 15 November.
