Police search for boy, 13, last seen one week ago
A 13-year-old boy who went missing a week ago in Durham is the focus of a police search.
James Colledge was last seen at the University Hospital of North Durham on 28 December, and was reported missing to Durham Police.
It is now thought he has travelled by train from Durham to Newcastle and is headed towards the Byker area.
Northumbria Police is asking anyone who sees James to get in touch as soon as possible.
Nike trainers
James is described as a white, about 5ft 7in (1.7m), of a slim build and with short mousey brown hair.
He was last seen wearing a black Berghaus coat, grey Hugo Boss t-shirt, light blue-grey Berghaus bottoms and black and blue Nike trainers.
He is known to frequent Byker and Elswick, in Newcastle.
A spokesperson for Northumbria Police said: "Searches are currently ongoing to find him, and we're asking anybody who thinks they may have seen James to get in touch with police."
