Tribute to man with 'heart of gold' killed in crash

A pedestrian who died in a collision in Cambridgeshire has been described by his family as having a 鈥渉eart of gold鈥.
Sam Pope, 28, was hit by a Vauxhall Astra at about 23:00 BST on 11 May on Oilmills Road, between Pondersbridge and Ramsey Mereside.
Mr Pope, from Peterborough, died at the scene.
Cambridgeshire Police has appealed for witnesses and dashcam footage.
In a statement his family said Sam was a "free spirit" with a "heart made of gold".
His family added: 鈥淲e shall miss his smile and crazy sense of humour that would always make you laugh, despite what mood you were in that day."
