Man charged with assaulting police following crash
A man has been charged with assaulting three police officers after being arrested following a crash.
Norfolk Police was called to a two-vehicle crash on the A11 at Attleborough just before 22:00 BST on Friday.
A man in his 20s was arrested on Peacock Way shortly after on suspicion of drink driving, careless driving and assaulting an emergency worker.
Police said a 23-year-old man from Norwich, charged with failing to provide a specimen for testing, three counts of assaulting a police officer and one count of resisting an arrest, was bailed until 27 August.
