Man airlifted to hospital after being hit by car

A man has been airlifted to hospital after he was hit by a car in Moray.

Emergency services including the police and Scottish Ambulance Service were called to the scene of the collision on Morriston Road in Elgin at about 18:55 on Saturday.

The man was taken to hospital by helicopter for treatment.

Police have urged any witnesses or anyone with dash cam footage to contact them.
