Ram-raiders cause high street 'devastation'
Ram-raiders using stolen cars and farm machinery have caused "devastation" on a high street, according to police.
The Cambridgeshire force was called at 03:33 BST to the Spar shop on High Street, Bassingbourn, near Royston.
It said a group of men targeted the cash machine at the shop using a Mitsubishi L200, an Audi RS6 and a telehandler.
A cordon is in place in Bassingbourn and investigations are ongoing.
