A prolific paedophile who sexually assaulted multiple victims over a six-year period has been jailed.
Patrick Clogg, 50, threatened to hurt his victims and himself if they reported the abuse, which took place from 2016 to 2022.
Clogg, of Valley Drive, Doncaster, denied 24 separate offences, including nine of rape, but was found guilty following a trial at Sheffield Crown Court in April.
He was jailed for 28 and a half years at the same court on Wednesday.
Clogg was arrested in May 2022 after a family member of one his victims saw inappropriate messages sent by him to the child, South Yorkshire Police said.
Investigating officer Emily Cookson said: "The bravery of all the victims in the case must be commended - the courage it takes to report something of this nature, this should not be underestimated.
"Despite the jury鈥檚 decision and the evidence against him, Clogg still refuses to take any accountability for his crimes. I am pleased Clogg鈥檚 atrocious actions have resulted in a long prison sentence."
Clogg's name will also be on the sex offenders register for the rest of his life.
