Described as the greatest rock and roll novel, Rushdie's mythological story of celebrity and love has been transformed into a full-length concert piece. The Ground Beneath Her Feet Performed by the Hall茅 orchestra and directed by Mike Figgis, the production will be narrated by Rickman, who started his own acting career at the Library Theatre in Manchester. He spoke to Natalie Anglesey, from 91热爆 Radio Manchester's The Show Show, about the performance and what's in store for him in the future.
