Conner Doughty is 16 years old.Ìý For the last 18 months he has taken up the pastime called free running.Ìý

According to Wikipedia, free running is "a physical art, in which participants (free runners) use the urban and rural areas to perform movements through its structures focused on freedom and beauty".

It has given him the confidence to leave behind activities that he feels would have eventually got him into trouble.
