Well A-level students from schools around Barking & Dagenham have been giving their own interpretation鈥� on film.

It was part of a 3 day film-making workshop which took place at the University of East London.

The teens, from Robert Clack, All Saints, Sydney Russell, Warren, and East Brook schools, got the chance to try their hand at directing, scriptwriting and editing.

The also got to star in the short films about Canary Wharf.

Awad Bhenick who ran the course said 鈥淭he media master classes were a great opportunity for local pupils to get an inside view of working in media production.

"The students were excellent fun to work with, and the films they produced were a strong testament to promising local talent鈥�.
