As part of this year's Springwatch campaign, 91热爆 London invited the thousands that turned out at Newham's Memorial Garden to make a pledge for a better environment.

We asked the masses, "What one thing could you do to make a positive difference to the nature around you." The answers ranged from, "I'm gonna use less water", to, "I'm going to get mummy and daddy to dig up the garden and build a pond."

With this kind of inspiration it's just a matter of time before everyone's doing their little bit.
