Students at the Brit School in Croydon made their mark on the airwaves by making their very own radio programme. The budding radio stars produced a 30 minute programme about culture and arts events happening around their borough. The producer Louise Ellis kept a tight reign over her presenters Rachel Abbott & Zaciya Miller who regularly present shows for the schools in-house station, Brit FM. With a very keen studio manager in the form of Menelik Simpson doing all the technical wizardry the programme went off without a hitch. You can check out the show or some of the other radio packages the students 听submitted as part of their BTEC media course by clicking on the links to the right.
