It's a big step for the man who use to be one of those the charity helped, but now he's giving it back.
Nick Prempeh used to be one of those kids who he now helps out. He was a teenager without much direction, but after a visit from the Greenhouse Schools Project changed his life he's now hoping to make it as a Premiership Manager. The Greenhouse Schools Project helps to shape the lives of young people aged 11-16 through sport and art, and in Nick's case offers teenagers the chance to train as coaches and fulfil their dreams.
