Held on Saturday 8 April 2006, the NYFA is designed to showcase the very best of cinema produced young people from all corners of the UK. With three programmes of short movies, and prizes awarded to winning films, it will be a memorable day for all budding film professionals. Also on hand will be an industry panel that includes filmmakers and industry professionals who will be available to discuss the movies shown and give advice about the varied aspects of the film business. With great films and invaluable guidance, the National Young Filmmakers Award day is a unique event that will appeal fans of movies and those who want to find out more about the cinema industry. Entry to the award is available to both individual filmmakers and groups (provided the majority of the people working on the film are under 18) from across the UK and can be of any genre. Just as long as it's filled to the brim with great ideas and creative energy. This is a great chance to see your film on the big screen - and you could win 拢250 towards your next project.
