I was once having a meal at a posh hotel in England. The person responsible for the menu obviously wanted to wax lyrical about the fantastic lime soufflé the chef had prepared. Unfortunately, it was presented as a Soufflé au Citroën Vert. I ordered it, but was disappointed to see it wasn't a confection topped with a bright green 2 CV!
