Sally and her husband Dave were among whose who managed to escape from the building, but more than 50 people were killed.

Many thanks for the smile you put on my face as I travel to work listening to your show, having never written to anyone before I feel I must thank you for your moving documentary on the Isle of Man disaster at Summerland. I, to, was there at the time of the fire on a school holiday at the age of 13. Your documentary brought back memories. Keep up the great work.â€
