From day shifts in a mobile phone store to platinum-selling number one artists in the space of twelve months. The Scouting For Girls boys may be the new guys on the British Indie scene, but their spring tour is selling out across the country and their new single "Heartbeat" has been used by the 91热爆 to advertise the Eastenders' Ricky & Bianca comeback. Lifelong friends, Roy Stride (vocalist and pianist), Greg Churchouse (Guitar) and Pete Ellard (Drums) started gigging at their local pub in Harrow and even featured on Radio Humberside's Raw Talent programme 3 years ago. 听"We've been playing together in bands for the last 10 odd years. Me and Roy started our first group when we were 14 at school. It's been a long hard struggle, but you couldn't ask for anything better to happen," explains Greg. "It's been quite possibly the craziest last 14 months of our lives. It's absolutely amazing. We're just chuffed to bits that everyone's been so lovely to us."
