The band's members are in their early twenties and each of them has had a long standing interest in music. Simon was a friend of James for a long time but it was only after a conversation with Sam at the back of a bus that Simon decided to form a band.

The band has been together for around 14 months and since that time they've been writing and performing together not only in Hull but also in other cities including Leeds, Newcastle and Liverpool.

In March, a trip to play at the Cavern Club was a mixed experience. The band hired a coach so that their fans could accompany them and see them play. They felt their fans were extremely supportive and say members of some of the other bands on the bill were complementary of their set too. They say there were slightly disappointed with the venue considering its venerable history but it's still a thrill to say they've played there.
