I was born in Swansea, South Wales, in 1928. I lived in Townhill and spent the war years there until moving to London in 1948. I remember the air raids and especially the 3 night blitz, one night of which I was in the centre of Swansea. I have written one experience and hope to write another soon.

I have now submitted two more pieces about war time Swansea, which I hope will give you a little flavour of that time in Wales.
I have lived in London for over 50 years but still visit 'home' every year.
I would love to hear from any other Swansea folk, especially those who remember the blitz.
