Hello everyone,
I am looking for info on my dad ( I do have his army number) he served in North Africa,Sicily,Italy & was part of the land Forces Adriatic, Middle East & Palestine, he was in the Royal Artillery 111th Field regiment. He would never talk about the war, I have all his medals, army number etc., could he have been with the special forces? his name was Frank Perry & he also received the MM. I did hear him once mention fighting with the partisans in Yugoslavia. Any info would be greatly received.
