Born in 1923, I left school in 1941, graduated from London University in 1943, was called up into the Army in July 1943.
Commissioned into REME December 1943 and served in the UK until demob in July 1947.
Worked as an Instrumentation & control Engineer and then in Management Consultancy until early retirement/redundancy in 1971.
For past 10 years have been an active member of a branch of the Royal British Legion.
