I'm Andy, Barman Andy that is<laugh>

I'm new to h2g2, but I've been browsing WW2 Peoples War for at least 3 years, learning more and more everytime.

Finally dicided to sign-up and contribute to the site myself, although I will still enjoy reading other entries.

I'm interested in the 1st and 2nd World Wars because my father used to fight in them, but he didn't have chance to tell me what he did...

I mean, I don't know if he was a soldior or someone with a higher rank. Thats what I'm here to try and find out, if I can.
