I was born on 29.4.1922
Unable to join the Services because of a heart problem I worked as a machinist or machine setter/operator till 1948 then became a Cost Clerk (after training at a college) and later joined the Post Office and retired in 1982 as a Executive Officer.

My father, who worked for the News Chronicle and Star ( Daily and Evening national newspapers) died suddenly in September 1944 shortly after a flying bomb landed on the building next to his,

My mother, 4 sisters and 3 brothers all survived the war but my eldest brother died in 2000 aged 83.

I was involved in the first computer centre to be set up at Post Office Headquarters in 1959 but have only lately become involved with computers once again so I am rather a novice at computing in modern times.

The 91热爆 website I only discovered by chance and I am quite fascinated by the availabiliy of so much information.
