AS PART OF THE HOME FRONT RECALL PROJECT - PART FUNDED BY THE LOTTERY - I WANT TO FIND OUT ABOUT THE BURN HOUSE,GLENESK,ANGUS AND ITS USE AS A CONVALESCENT HOME FOR WOUNDED SOLDIERS.

IT IS NOW AN EDUCATIONAL CHARITABLE TRUST - LEFT IN MEMORY OF THE SON OF THE HOUSE - 21 YEAR OLD JAMES RUSSELL - KIA IN ITALY IN JULY 1944.

I PLAN TO RUN A REUNION IN 2005 FOR ANY EX NURSING,DOMESTIC STAFF AND ANY OLD PATIENTS OF THE BURN HOUSE .WE WOULD LINK IT TO MEETING THE YOUNG OF EDZELL VILLAGE SCHOOL SO THEY CAN HEAR THE STORIES OF THE VETERANS AND POSSIBLY HAVE A CONCERT.CAN ANYONE HELP?
