I am interested in the three ships FDT 13, 216 and 217 which were involved in d-day.
My father LAC Frank Dummett was a radio operator on FDT 217.
I started research on my own and then found the combinedops website which has given me alot of information and contacts. These include two RAF personnel who remember my dad or served on the same ship
