I was born on 25th June 1934 in the centre of Hastings, in September 1939 I had just started school at Holy Trinity School in Braybrooke Terrace, Hstings. I attended this school with my sister and half brohter and sister who at the time was living with our grandmother in Priory Street. We lived in Braybrooke Road.
