I have a keen interest in family history related WW2 stories, whether my own or those of others. I had 2 uncles who fought during WW2 - one was killed in Tunisia during 1942 whilst serving with 2nd Battalion, Parachute Regiment. The other joined the Royal Navy in 1939 and served on various ships as a 15" gunner (including HMS Warrior, HMS Warspite and HMS Indomitable).

I would like to hear from anyone who served in either the Paras or the Royal Navy (particularly the ships listed above) during WW2. Relatives of those who served in the above forces and who have stories to tell can also contact me:-
