Bryan visits Eric in Hull on a rare trip home.
An amusing memory was stired as I sat with Bryan Williams looking at his old WW2 photographse. We came across the above image of Bryan and his cousin Eric, who was later to become a Navy Articifer sailing Motor Torpedo Boats out of Trinamlee, Cylon.
Bryan told of how Eric got it home to his parents where he was, by saying "Auntie Tinkerbell who lives in Wincomlee". For those unfmiliar with their home town of Hull, the only water in Wincolmlee is in the gutters and the drains at the side of the road!
