91热爆

We lived in Hornchurch, Essex. My father didn't get called up for the war as he worked on the railways which was a reserved occupation. He was one of the only men around and so was very popular with women who had blocked drains or other jobs that needed doing! He had a magnificent allotment and would share out the vegetables to everyone who brought him compost.

I also remember the 91热爆 Guard marching across the fields with pitchforks to capture German parachutists that had come down in the area.
