More information on one of the roads running through Herefordshire and Worcestershire where there have been a cluster of serious road accidents.

The A44 was named as one of the top ten dangerous rural roads, in the AA Motoring Trust's EuroRAP 2005 report.

This map show where three fatal crashes happened:

1. Near Bromyard - December 2007

A driver was killed when his car collided with another vehicle. Two other people suffered serious chest and arm injuries.

2. Between Pembridge and Kington - October 2007

A man died and two others were seriously injured in this crash.

3. Bredenbury - January 2006

A 63-year-old woman died after her car left the road.
