Two of the accident 'black spots' on the A456, near Kidderminster.

1. The stretch of dual carriageway near to Hodge Hill Nurseries, between Blakedown and Kidderminster.

In October 2007 a 43-year-old man and his 10-year-old son died when the Jaguar X-Type they were travelling in was involved in a collision with a Vauxhall Corsa.

2. The stretch between the Sutton Park Road junction and the B4190 island junction, near West Midlands Safari Park.

Worcestershire County Council carried out work here after there were 23 accidents in five years, with 32 people being hurt.
