Head Chef Mr Liu, who has spent his working lifetime in the kitchen, prepares a traditional meal for the Chinese New Year in double quick time.

He speaks very little English so is joined by Vivienne Yau, the manager of the White Horse Restaurant听in Gloucester, who describes what's going on.
