Oh ah, a little bit more sangria?
Ingredients
- 750ml/1¼ pint sparkling rose cava
- 75ml/2½fl oz elderflower liqueur
- 75ml/2½fl oz elderflower cordial
- handful frozen raspberries
- handful fresh strawberries
- handful fresh mint leaves
- 1 blood orange, sliced into rounds
Method
Combine the cava, elderflower liqueur, elderflower cordial, frozen raspberries, fresh strawberries, mint and blood orange slices in a large jug.
Stir, cover and chill for one hour. Then serve into glasses to enjoy.
