Ingredients

  • mint: 25g/1oz fresh mint, chopped
  • caster sugar: 1 tsp caster sugar
  • 1 tbsp hot water
  • white wine vinegar: 2 tbsp white wine vinegar

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and stand for 20 minutes to allow the mint flavour to develop. The classic mint sauce to serve with roast lamb.
