A refreshing calvados and ginger ale cocktail representing France for Saturday Kitchen's disco Eurovision party.
Ingredients
- calvados: 3 tbsp calvados
- apple juice: 1 tbsp apple juice
- Angostura bitters: 1 dash Angostura bitters
- maple syrup: 陆 teaspoon maple syrup
- ice
- ginger ale: 100ml/3陆fl oz ginger ale
- cinnamon: pinch ground cinnamon
- lime: lime peel
Method
Pour the calvados, apple juice, maple syrup and bitters into a highball glass and stir. Fill the glass with ice and top with ginger ale.
Garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon and a twist of lime.
