Romance blossoms then gets massively stamped upon as Ashton Kutcher and Brittany Murphy find out that being "Just Married" isn't as romantic as they'd hoped for. Even if this comedy won't entertain all, it's a darn sight better than the extra features on the DVD release.
TECHNICAL FEATURES

Sound The 5.1 sound mix gets in on the gags with effects designed to point out when you're supposed to be laughing.
SPECIAL FEATURES
Audio Commentary This commentary between director Shawn Levy, Ashton Kutcher and Brittany Murphy does provide you with general information on the production process, but you're unlikely to care when it is this dull. Levy mentions far too often his love of director Peter Weir's work, and how he emulated him during the making of the movie by playing music on set. Kutcher and Murphy struggle to inject some humour but fall flat. They become steadily more annoying as the minutes crawl by.
Deleted Scenes Removing material from a comedy usually suggests that it's just not funny. Why such desperate material as this is resurrected for DVD is a mystery. Are the filmmakers so keen to prove their ineptitude?
Making of Featurette This 'making of' featurette should win some kind of prize for making three minutes feel like an eternity. Somewhere in here is a list of injuries Kutcher sustained, and watching this, you'll feel his pain.
Comedy Central Reel Comedy The American Comedy Central Channel have never yet disappointed in their ability to produce the most unfunny 'making of' features on movies. The record still stands.
Mario Lantone hosts this latest 20-minute trip to hell and back, and boy does he suck at being amusing. He subjects Kutcher and Murphy to an idiotic version of 'Family Fortunes', and us to immense pain.
Additional Extra Features Also on the DVD is a trailer for the movie and a selection of trailers for other 20th Century Fox DVDs.
