The team and stars of the lightweight but enjoyable "Twins" join-up once again for a lacklustre tale where Arnold Schwarzenegger gets pregnant. And now this mildly amusing film is born as a DVD.
Just like a new baby, this disc isn't overloaded with features but you do get the trailer, web links, and a cheesy 'making-of' documentary. Also included are production notes where we get to find out that Schwarzenegger apparently hung around obstetricians' waiting rooms observing expectant mothers. Fascinating.
No doubt that was about as exciting as the soundtrack which lacks any major effects but certainly spaces the music out nicely. The highlight is a ballroom dancing scene where you get an electric rendition of "I've Got You Under My Skin".
Image quality is clear if occasionally slightly soft. The print used for the transfer is a little worn considering how relatively recent the film is. But you do get a large and clear scene selection menu and that's a rarity.
