Cocky and to-the-point, James has previously danced for CanDoCo – a dance company for able bodied and disabled people. He enjoys creating his own shows, although he has never tried Wheelchair Dance Sport.
James has been in a wheelchair since a train accident when he was 19. He has immense upper body strength and uses his hands to walk if need be. An avid traveller, he has been all over the world in his wheelchair. James works as a holistic therapist and makes no excuses for his disability. It doesn’t stop him from climbing trees and doing more than an able bodied person would ever do!

Caroline Flack, aged 30, lives in London. Caroline has a varied TV presenting career spanning TMi,The Games and the epic family show Gladiators alongside Ian Wright. She first became known for presenting the International Pepsi Chart Show before moving to Channel 4 and starring in Bo' Selecta! playing Michael Jackson's long-suffering girlfriend Bubbles. Caroline most recently hosted ITV2's I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here!
Caroline spends much of her free time feeding her love for music either DJing or going to gigs. Having performed from a young age Caroline relished the opportunity to learn a new dance discipline.
