Paul Dowson and Kev Barks decided to each have half a head of hair shaved off for the Precious Lives Appeal. It was the ultimate sacrifice for charity, shaving off exactly half of their facial hair. The stunt took place at Hengar Manor Counrty Park, near St.Tudy with Radio Cornwall's presenter, Laurence Reed recording the event for his daily lunchtime programme.
Help playing audio/video Paul Dowson and Kev Barks said the Precious Lives Appeal - to build Cornwall's first hospital for children with life-limiting illnesses - was very close to their hearts, and they are expecting to raise hundreds of pounds for their efforts.
