Tom and Mary Keast have been married for 55 years. They both grew up a few miles from where they live on Bodmin Moor.

Times have changed a lot in that time. From having to get the water from the well to cooking by oil lamp and having all the groceries delivered by the baker, butcher and iron monger.

Tom remembers having to catch rabbits to make a living during the winter, back in Theydays.
