'200 Ideas for Bristol' aims to use the spirit and vision of Brunel to inspire people inside and outside the city to propose new projects reflecting all aspects of work and life. Maybe you think Bristol would benefit from another festival, more housing, new modes of transport or more business opportunities. Or perhaps the city would be better off without some of its buildings or attitudes. There really are no restricted areas and your idea can be big or small, serious or fun. Cash prizes If you've got a Bristol brainwave which you think will inspire, it could win you 拢1,000 - and advice on how to implement it. You have until 26 March 2006 to submit your idea. In March some of the preliminary ideas submitted will be displayed at The Architecture Centre and the 200 best ideas will feature in an exhibition in the centre in May 2006. As well as the 拢1,000 prize there will be two school's prizes: 拢500 each to the school of the child which comes up with the best idea in the under 11 group and the over 11 group.
