As large crowds turned out on to the streets of Mr Gemayel's home village of Bikfaya for his funeral tomorrow, Lebanon has started it's three days of mourning.

Correspondents say Mr Gemayals assasination comes at a time of deep political crisis in Lebanon. Just last week, Lebanon's cabinet endorsed plans to set up an international tribunal to try those suspected of killing former last year.
Mr Geymayel was among the members of the cabinet to have voted for the plan. However, six pro-Syrian ministers resigned in protest to it, throwing Prime Minister Fouad Siniora's Government in to trouble.
