Don't put your bins out early - or else!
Interesting story from which explains how a Rhyl resident ended up with a £1,000 court fine for putting his bins out five days before collection day.
Whilst the level of the fine was up to magistrates, says on its website: "The council firmly believes that dumping waste is a blight on the landscape and is also an anti-social behaviour that affects the quality of life for local residents and will not be tolerated."
