Today, we think the internet has made our world a smaller place - but this stomach bug proves we're connected whether you've got an internet connection or not. PS. We'll forgive them for thinking that the hospital is in England.
A theme that comes up time and again in Talk of the Town is the effect a minority have on the good people of our towns, particularly on some housing estates and they want - and deserve - the peace to be restored, don't you think?
Yes, so we are told, much is being done to change the image of places like Maes Gwyn, Flint; Caia Park & Plas Madoc, Wrexham; & the Rezo or Reservation, Rhyl. But the comments people are mailing in with show there are still problems.

As a local history fan I have to admit more than a passing curiousity about the former WWII secret weapons site, Rhydymwyn Valley Works. PS. Chief Constable writes in his blog that he is now seriously looking at the idea to recruit Polish police officers.

I took my family to see the Party with Pudsey concert at Colwyn Bay on Friday night and we weren't disappointed - despite the rain. The Feeling were fantastic and Jamelia certainly warmed us up though she must have been freezing in that outfit! You can now watch highlights online, plus find out what locals have been up to for Children in Need this year, like one schoolboy who kissed all the girls in his class to raise £15. I'm unsure whether he paid for the privilege but a clever idea, don't you think?
