Eating competition

Sam

Yo, yo yo, well I鈥檓 still getting over the fact that I lost Chinatown on Saturday. If there鈥檚 been any challenge that I鈥檝e wanted to win it was that one, and to be honest it was looking like I was going to win in the week, but when it came down to it I didn鈥檛 punch as hard as I know I cud have done. Maybe the nerves finally got to me. Don鈥檛 think I鈥檝e ever been as gutted.

I thought our guests on Saturday were great, Peter and Katie played along so well and Lil鈥 Chris was the smoothest dude ever, I reckon he fancied Caroline

Check out these pics from the show;

Playing the 'Surely' game

It鈥檚 nearly 1st of December so I hope you鈥檝e got your advent calenders. I have, tidy-pidy. I wonder what my first chocolate will be, I reckon a present or a bell. Speaking of Christmas me, Mark, Ed and Helen have started to write a Christmas song, it鈥檚 a good鈥檜n.

Ed鈥檚 just come back from the sandwich shop, should I be healthy and have a smoothie or dig into a bacon sandwich with Ed??? The answer is smoothie coz Ed didn鈥檛 get me a bacon sandwich, idiot! Talking of idiots, if you saw Saturday鈥檚 show you will have seen that Helen beat us all in a chilli eating competition. She won but her mouth was SO hot afterwards she could hardly talk. She鈥檚 asked me to tell you not to be as stupid as her and keep away from raw chillis! If you want to see what happened click here.

Just heard that Eton Road from The X-Factor will be on the show this Saturday. I can鈥檛 wait to find out what they thought of Simon Cowell!!! Dani Harmer (Tracy Beaker) is also on the show so send us your questions and we鈥檒l try to ask them for you. You'll also be able to see McFly's video for their new single for the first time anywhere.

Hope you guys liked our drummer that we found last week, Cameron鈥檚 a wicked guy. I鈥檓 sure you鈥檒l love our keyboard player that came to visit us today, his name is Scott and he鈥檚 very cool, great hair! We did the same sort of thing with him that we did with Cameron, putting him through his rock paces. We also played him our Christmas song, not sure what he thought of that.

The little band is coming together

Now I鈥檓 not just saying this but this week鈥檚 show was my absolute favourite for loads of reasons. The main one was because I won the hardest punch Chinatown Challenge which I was over the moon about because nobody including myself was expecting me to win! It's 7-4 now so I think Sam is getting rather annoyed which is making me even happier funnily enough. Thanks for voting for me, it was my best score ever and really helped me I think.

Peter Andre and Katie Price were great guests and really got into the spirit of Sammy Kyle and I even thought Peter Andre鈥檚 Swedish accent was bang on too!!! Lil鈥 Chris is a legend and I hear he wants to come on every week cause he enjoyed himself so much - NICE ONE! By the way, his video is REALLY close to knocking Beyonce off the top of the playlist, so if you like Beyonce or Lil' Chris every vote will count more than ever this week.

Check out some photo's from Saturday;

Me with the studio guests

Been an interesting week in the flat. We've been trying to come up with a great Christmas song and it鈥檚 only in the early stages but I think SLADE and WIZARD (ask your Dad) better watch their backs. Had another visitor this week in the form of Scott our new keyboard player for the TMi band! We put him through his paces with a series of rock 鈥榥鈥 roll tasks and I must say he passed with flying colours and takes his place with Cameron our drummer as the heart of the band. You can see what he鈥檚 like on Saturday's show when we鈥檒l also be joined by Eton Road from The X-Factor and Dani Hrmer, who鈥檚 in one of my favourite ever shows, Tracy Beaker.

Check out the the trick we played on Sam in the flat by clicking here.

If I lose, it's because I'm injured

Mark

This week in the flat鈥檚 been rather busy actually. Ed has really been getting on my nerves because he thinks I am faking a shoulder injury so I have an excuse if I lose the Chinatown Challenge this week. He won鈥檛 let it go! I have one thing to say to him SHUT UP CRAZY FOOL SUCKER!!

We鈥檝e just been doing some more Chinatown Challenge practice and I have to say I鈥檓 not at all happy. This week鈥檚 challenge is all about who has the hardest punch and already I have been hampered by a shoulder injury (I think I just mentioned that!), which could mean Sam may end his disastrous run of forfeits this week. However, I will be training hard and will try and psyche out the little Barnsley badger before tomorrow's crunch showdown! Let battle commence!! Take a look at these pictures of me and Sam learning how to punch;

Me learning how to punch

Guests this week in the studio are Lil鈥 Chris, Jordan and Peter Andre who we have already met in the past and all seem to be up for a laugh so hopefully tomorrow鈥檚 show should be a cracker, so make sure you鈥檙e there to see it!!

Take care, love

Preparing for boxing day

  • Sam
  • 24 Nov 06, 05:43 PM

Sam

Today鈥檚 鈥楽urely They Can鈥檛 Make A Game Out Of That鈥 got very messy. It involves mash potato, so you can guess what we did with it, that鈥檚 right throw it all over the flat. Other props included some over-sized jumpers, spades, rubber gloves and rubber rings. As always though we鈥檝e come up with a beauty and it鈥檚 all connected to James Bond which we love.

Me and Mark have also had two visitors in to help us with this week鈥檚 ChinaTown 鈥榟ardest punch' Challenge today. We鈥檙e punching a punchball not each other of course, so I had a boxer called Derek to show me how to punch properly. He was like the BFG (big friendly giant). He鈥檚 helped me a lot actually and I tell thee somethin', I could have done with his help on the skipping challenge. He told me he skips for 45 minutes very day, that鈥檚 just crazy!!!

I have to say I鈥檓 really happy with my efforts on this week鈥檚 challenge. I think when we were told what the challenge was Mark thought he had it in the bag, but I鈥檝e given him a run for his money, I reckon he鈥檚 running scared and Ed has not been helping, he鈥檚 been winding Mark up good and proper and Mark鈥檚 not been very happy. I鈥檝e got to stay focused though but if I don鈥檛 win this one it's going to be highly embarrassing because I'll be 7-4 down and will have lost 4 weeks in a row, very badd'un.

Looking forward to tomorrow as we鈥檝e got Jordan and Peter Andre in the studio. I鈥檓 sure they will get into the spirit of things. Also Lil鈥 Chris is in too, so I鈥檓 sure he鈥檒l give us some good advice on Cameron our new drummer. I鈥檓 also excited to say that the Sammy Kyle show is back. So far the Sammy Kyle show has been my favourite moment of the series, FACT.

Anyway gunna get back to training for the challenge and I'll see you on tomorrow.

Great show this week guys, really enjoyed myself, however I don鈥檛 think the people of Leicester Square are ready for Mark the Busker! Richard Fleeshman or 鈥楾he Fleesh鈥 as we have affectionately called him was a right laugh and seemed to get in the spirit of TMi and I must admit I am digging the new permed hair of his (very Justin Timberlake N SYNC days). Delighted we found another winner for Loot Machine because we love giving away prizes I can tell ya! Must admit last week鈥檚 Chinatown Challenge was pretty easy for me, probably because I鈥檝e usually got a lot of wind in me so Sam bless him had no chance. Check out some pics;

Sam, Richard Fleeshman and me

Caroline, Sam and me with some of the studio guests

We鈥檝e just been doing our 鈥楽urely They Can鈥檛 Make A Game Out Of That鈥 game and I reckon this week is gonna be a cracker and I am not just saying it but it鈥檚 probably the best ever. Last week鈥檚 was a disaster so I think we need to up our game and I think we have cracked it.

A few weeks ago you may remember that we were asking you to get in touch if you wanted to be in TMi鈥檚 rock band. Well, this week the first member of the band visited us in the flat. His name is Cameron and he鈥檚 an amazing drummer. We will be bringing in the rest of the band in one by one in the coming weeks so keep your eyes peeled, they are gonna be brill if Cameron is the standard!

Sam

I have to say Saturday鈥檚 show was my favourite so far. We all watched it back on Monday night in the TMi flat, we always do this, me, Mark, Ed and Helen. Richard Fleeshman was a great guest, really nice guy too. One of my favourite parts of the show had to be when Mark was busking out in Leicester Square, that made me chuckle. I also loved our 鈥楻ug or Real鈥 game that we played with the contestants from 鈥楰eep Ya Hair On鈥. How great was that show? And it raised lots of money for Children in Need. I reckon you鈥檒l all agree that I made a cracking Christmas fairy. Eh not long now til the 25th now!!!

On Tuesday Ed made fresh soup for everyone and I made fresh bread, how good are we? It was carrot and coriander but Helen doesn鈥檛 like coriander coz it makes her mouth swell up. I still reckon we should give her some anyway for comedy value. Oh no, we鈥檝e just found some rotten fruit in one of our kitchen cupboards, bad 鈥榰n!!

Last night I went to conflusions and when I got back Mark, Ed and Helen were all in my bed then Ed farted, what an idiot.

Don鈥檛 know if you remember but us lot at TMi are in the middle of putting together a TMi band. This week we met our drummer, his name is Cameron, he鈥檚 11 and plays the drums like a GENIUS.

Cameron

Cameron, me and Mark

Me and Mark were putting him through his paces and teaching him how to become a rock star. He did well but tune in on Saturday to find out what happened.

Had some very exciting guests pop into the flat today, the lovely Fearne Cotton and Pudsey bear came around to raise some money for Children in Need and I have got to say she got us to do some very dodgy things. Firstly she got Sam to dress up as her and go to our local caf茅 and ask for a coffee (EMBARRASING). Then she sprayed our hair different colours (not good 鈥榗os we are vain). Then we were asked to eat the most disgusting sandwich EVER!!

SAM: WHITE BREAD, CHOCOLATE SPREAD, PEANUT BUTTER, SWEETCORN

ME: WHITE BREAD, MAPLE SYRUP, MUSTARD, MACKEREL, MUSHROOMS (aaaaaaaggghhh)

So as you could imagine we were not well for a while!!

Then to finish me off she made me get in a bath of cold beans and they were absolutely freezing and we didn鈥檛 have enough beans left over for tea on the night! (GUTTED).

Pudsey and Fearne

Me in a bath of beans

This week鈥檚 Chinatown is a little bit different because it鈥檚 a test of mine and Sam鈥 lung power. We have to see who can blow the longest note on some musical instruments (tuba, trombone, trumpet) with one continuous breath. We have just had a visit from a little dude called Peter who gave us some tips on how to play it properly and to be honest I think he thought I was better so let battle commence!

Ed has had his toes waxed aswell. Click here to see him squirm!!

So hopefully it鈥檚 gonna be a good one but don鈥檛 take my word for it check it out Saturday you know by now!!

Fabulous Fearne

Sam

One of our best friends, Fearne Cotton, came to visit the flat with Pudsey this afternoon as it鈥檚 Children In Need on Friday. We had to do loads of challenges in order to have money donated to Children In Need. You won鈥檛 be surprised to hear that things got very messy and ended up with Mark being covered in beans. It was lovely to see Fearne, we worked with her for 2 years on C91热爆 and she taught us a lot.

This week鈥檚 challenge is to see who can hold the longest note on a musical instrument. Now with mine and Mark's singing background we both know how to control our breathing which helps. We got some help when a TMi viewer called Peter came to the flat on Monday night to give us some tips. He鈥檚 been playing the trumpet for years so he really knew what he was talking about. His 3 tips for us were;
1: stay relaxed
2: breath in through your tummy
3: can't remember (probably going to lose)

Me, Mark and our guest training for this week's challenge

Have a look at a new ritual in the TMi flat, we call it 'Toasty Treat'. Click here to see how it works.

Looking forward to Saturday 鈥 we鈥檝e got Richard Fleeshman in the studio. On Friday he鈥檚 doing Children In Need so he can give us all the gossip from the show, should be a good one. Don鈥檛 forget to watch me and Mark on Ready Steady Cook on Friday on 91热爆 2, it鈥檚 a Children In Need special, did I mention I鈥檝e got an NVQ in catering? xx

Yo Yo Yo, how鈥檚 it goin鈥? Well Saturday鈥檚 show was a busy one. How wicked was Lemar & Lemark? My favourite part of the show had to be the Sammy Kyle Show, love that guy. I reckon Caroline was well surprised by her birthday cake which Mark and I spent ages icing, honest!!!

Have a look at these photo's from Saturday's Show;

Our scary 'Surely' game'

My sweet forfeit after losing Chinatown Challenge

Oh, and I just thought I鈥檇 let you know that on Sunday I went to the Good Food Show and saw Gordon Ramsey. Did I mention I鈥檝e got an NVQ in catering?

Me and Ed have been playing practical jokes on Helen all week, actually it鈥檚 the same joke but it gets her every time. Helen tried to get us back by putting cereal in our shoes and jean pockets. If you ask me that鈥檚 a bit rubbish, she鈥檚 going to have to do a lot better than that to beat the TT (toasty treat) brothers.

My hair is massive today, I really need to get a trim. I think I will, no in fact I know I will.

Ed鈥檚 making some teas and coffees at the mo, he says pink for tea, green for coffee. Helen's just walked into the room and I got her with my practical jokes, ha ha ha ha ha ha!!

We were going to watch Saturday鈥檚 show last night but the video wasn鈥檛 working. TMi doesn鈥檛 provide us with DVDs.

The props for 'Surely You Can鈥檛 Make A Game Out Of That' are atrocious, I really don鈥檛 think were going to come up with anything. We鈥檒l keep trying though鈥.

Mad show this week! Was probably the most surreal and frightening 鈥楽urely鈥 game ever with Ed dressing up as the bad baby (TV gold). Was great to see Mark and Kirsten from SMart popping in, however I was not impressed with Kirsten when she spat fizzy drink all over my favourite yellow shirt. I still haven鈥檛 got the stain out!! Lemar was on fine form in the studio but I was a little bit worried how he would react when I dressed up as his body double 鈥楲emark鈥 and sang in front of loads of people in Leicester square but he really seemed to like it (so watch out there鈥檚 a new soul man around and he鈥檚 from Wolverhampton).

Check out these pics of Lemar's visit to the studio;
Caroline and Lemar

Lemar and a studio guest

Oh dear! It鈥檚 been prank city in the flat toady and finally Helen is starting to get her own back on Ed and Sam after a whole week of them scaring and teasing her. Helen put cereal in their shoes and the pockets of their trousers (it鈥檚 not exactly rocket science but it made me giggle). However Sam should become a detective because he finds out what she is up to all the time and it鈥檚 very annoying!

It鈥檚 finally happened! We have failed to come up with an idea for the 鈥楽urely鈥 game! I think we have done really well so far with the horrendous props we have been given in the past but I don鈥檛 think anyone could come up with a game from a potato, flip flop, c.d, plug and a place mat -IMPOSSIBLE!!

Questioning Mark

  • Sam
  • 9 Nov 06, 04:08 PM

Sam

This week's 鈥楽urely鈥 game is quite difficult. It鈥檚 a bit of a baby theme, but as always we鈥檝e come up with something funny for Saturday morning TV. Make sure you keep sending your suggestions in. If you do you could even end up playing the game.

Mark woke up this morning feeling a little under the weather so he鈥檚 not been doing much training for this week鈥檚 Chinatown Challenge which is a cycling race. Is he really unwell? Does he think he鈥檚 got this week's challenge in the bag? Is he going to use the cold as an excuse? Am I being paranoid? You decide. I must admit the tasks that we have done in training this week have been very close, I reckon on Saturday it will be a very close challenge. Thanks to everyone who鈥檚 voted for me, you know that I鈥檓 the best!

Preparing for the challenge

Waxing my legs to be more aerodynamic!

Looking forward to Saturday as we鈥檝e got Mark and Kirsten from SMart on the show, they are both wicked. We鈥檝e also got Lemar in the studio who is the nicest guy. Should be full of fun, and don鈥檛 forget to keep sending in your fairly odd pictures. Ed and Helen would be over the moon if you guys sent in some pictures of them.

Ha, ha!! We played a trick on Mark in the TMi flat. Check it out by clicking here.

Remember when McFly popped round? They did a couple of songs for us and it was so good I wanted to share it with you guys. Watch them perform by clicking here.

Anyway going to go and have a really hot bath to sooth my aching thighs after all that cycling. See you Saturday!! xxxxxx

Setting an easy target

  • 9 Nov 06, 03:39 PM

Mark

Our 鈥楽urely鈥 game we鈥檝e just come up with is a corker (if slightly mad). It involves a pram, dummies (and I don鈥檛 mean Sam and Ed), footy socks, braces and a potty. If that doesn鈥檛 make you want to watch on Saturday I don鈥檛 know what will. keep your suggestions coming in and you could end up playing the game on Saturday morning and winning some great prizes

Chinatown Challenge this week is all about strength and stamina. It鈥檚 cycling and because it鈥檚 a physical one I feel I鈥檝e got the edge over Sam but it鈥檚 gonna be close. I really want to win so badly and I have set myself a target of winning at least 12 out of the 20 challenges and really rub that smug badgers face in it. So let鈥檚 hope this Saturday is the start of that winning sequence!!

Me and Sam training for the challenge

Me, Ed and Helen played a trick on Sam, you can see what happened if you click here. Whatever you do, do NOT try this at home. We are trained pranksters!

Loved this week鈥檚 show for so many reasons but the main one was because everything went really well. Simon Webbe and Chantelle were on to form and provided lots of funny moments, the best being when Simon blatantly trying to chat up Caroline. She didn鈥檛 just go red with embarrassment, she went purple and very giggly!! Very, very happy I won the Chinatown Challenge last week because my confidence was way down after I lost the last two weeks, but now I鈥檓 on a role and the plan is to win every single Chinatown till the end of the series, its ambitious I know but I love beating that Barnsley badger! Please, please, please, please vote for me so I can stop him giving me that smug smile on Saturday morning.

Been a busy week in the flat this week as always. Sam and I have been busy musically, writing ground-breaking songs that will electrify the charts (well maybe not but we like it). The one we came up with this afternoon is an 80鈥檚 power ballad all about the Bird of Decision and hopefully will be used on the show sometime. It goes something like this:

THE BIRD NEEDED TO GET AWAY IT'S IRRELEVANT WHAT YOU SAY
DON鈥橳 ANGER HIM CAUSE HE WILL TEAR YOU LIMB FROM LIMB
HE'S GOT A LOT OF THINGS ON HIS MIND DON鈥橳 ANNOY HIM ELSE YOU WILL FIND
HIS BEAK IN YOUR FACE HIS FEATHERS IN A PLACE
THAT CANT BE EXPLAINED!!
Chorus
THE BIRD OF DECISION IS HIS NAME
DON鈥橳 ANGER HIM CAUSE HE WON鈥橳 LIKE YOUR GAME X2

This morning Sam and I were told to go to the conflushional and were told that we had 24 hours to prepare a dance to impress Emma Bunton and her dance partner from Strictly Come Dancing! and even better than that, whoever did the best performance would get to dance with her. she obviously fancied me in my James bond suit, Sam could not cope with the Rhodes rhythm and I was declared the TMi flat ballroom champion of the world! She bought us both lovely gifts; two Pudsey bears which we can add to our collection for 鈥楩ill Our Flat鈥. Emma wants me to remind you that you can vote for her 鈥楥hildren In Need鈥 song on the TMi picklist this week. It鈥檚 called 鈥楧owntown鈥 and we鈥檝e been playing it all week in the flat.

Hi guys,

Well I have to say I think Saturday鈥檚 show was my favourite, I don鈥檛 know why but thought it was great, come to think of it they鈥檙e all great that鈥檚 coz TMi is wicked and a lot better than Saturday Kitchen! Check out some photos from the show;
Chantelle and her lookalikes

Me dressed up with the TMi runners

Simon Webbe with the 'Call Yourself A Friend' Winners

Me as a mermaid in London

I鈥檓 still recovering from the freezing cold water that was thrown on me at the end of the show, but I must admit it was a very funny forfeit. Our guests Chantelle and Simon Webbe were wicked, they really got into the spirit of things and I think Simon may have a crush on Caroline!!!

In the flat today we played with the tricycle that we used on Saturday鈥檚 鈥楽urely鈥 game. Me and Mark can do some proper cool skids. Ed鈥檚 just got his dressing gown caught in the wheels, very funny. Can鈥檛 believe how early it gets dark now, that means that it鈥檚 nearly Christmas and I love Christmas, not long now鈥︹

I cooked a pizza from scratch for lunch. You should try it. I called it the pizza challenge! You can get other Sam Nixon recipes on Ceefax page 247, or on my DVD which will be out at Christmas, only kiddin鈥, its Ceefax page 248, ha ha ha ha ha ha , I鈥檓 funny.

Guess what happened this afternoon? Emma Bunton and her dance partner, Darren from Strictly Come Dancing came and visited the flat. Me and Mark had to learn a dance routine and then perform it to Emma and Darren. They both judged us and the winner got to dance with the gorgeous Strictly Come Dancing contestant, whilst Emma watched ha ha ha ha ha, only kidding the winner got to dance with Emma. I鈥檒l not spoil it 4 you but Mark won.

Great guests

Sam

Today鈥檚 鈥楽urely鈥 props were the hardest yet, they were great props but when you put them together, well surely we couldn鈥檛 make a game out of that! I鈥檓 sure we鈥檒l think of something before Saturday.
I have to say I鈥檝e not been doing very well in training for this week鈥檚 Chinatown Challenge. It鈥檚 a test of steady hands. I really want to win because that will put me 5-3 in front. I suppose we鈥檒l have to wait until Saturday.

Saturday should be good because we鈥檝e got Chantelle from Big Brother in the studio as well as Simon Webbe. Both are lovely people, so it should be a laugh and I鈥檓 looking forward to seeing Flackster as she鈥檚 been so busy this week doing a radio show, she hasn鈥檛 been able to come round and see us.

Going to go and have a bacon sarnie now and a shower, not at the same time. See you Saturday for more fun and mayhem `xxxxx

Steady, go!

We鈥檝e just been given some really hard props for the 鈥楽urely鈥 game. I don鈥檛 know how you involve a bandage and a keyboard in a game but I think we might have done it and the game will astound you on Saturday I'm telling you!

Sam, Ed & me have now gone a record 36 hours without being horrible to Helen. No burps, no farts, no spiders, no nothing. It just doesn鈥檛 seem right though, so I wouldn鈥檛 be surprised if she has an outburst before the end of the night. I鈥檓 her favourite at the moment though so it won鈥檛 be me who ruins everything.

Chinatown this week is a strong one for me. It involves keeping a very steady hand and only one of us has got nerves of steel! In order to practise we鈥檝e been icing cakes, playing games and even did an egg & spoon race around the house. Sam comes across as a gibbering wreck and every task we have been given in the flat all week I have destroyed him. So I hope that Barnsley ape is worried cause the Wolverhampton express is gonna roll his big hair all over the studio (slightly harsh but I am 4-3 down after all).

So another week another blog, make sure you catch TMI on Saturday because it鈥檚 gonna be a good one and with Simon Webbe & Chantelle in the studio you better have a good excuse for not joining in!

An audition

Sam

Well, what can I say? How rubbish were we at last week's Chinatown Challenge? I know I won so don鈥檛 get me wrong, I鈥檓 over the moon, it鈥檚 just a shame it took me 5 hours to complete. Another thing I鈥檓 over the moon about is winning call yourself a friend against Dougie and Danny from McFly. I鈥檓 sorry but they sucked! Oh yes, me and Mark are back. I must admit I did feel really bad when I saw Helen鈥檚 reaction to the spider, I still hold all responsibility to ED and if you read anywhere that Mark is her favourite then take no notice!

We had a visit this afternoon from our neighbours Karl and Susan Kennedy from Neighbours, if you see what I mean (just 4 the record they鈥檙e not our actual neighbours). They gave us an audition to be in Neighbours, the reason I鈥檓 writing 鈥榥eighbours鈥 a lot is because I鈥檝e just found out how to spell it. They were the nicest people, but I'll not spoil anything 4 you, just make sure you tune in on Saturday. It's going to be mint. In the meantime, you can see some pictures of their visit in Mark's blog.

Ed and Mark just came up with a lovely 鈥榮moothie鈥 song today (we like our smoothies in the TMi flat) and I made apple crumbles for everybody. I tell you summat, make yourself a crumble, it鈥檚 quick and easy and the results are amazing. Make one and give it to your 鈥榥eighbours鈥!!!

I would say what a brilliant time I had on Saturday but it was ruined by the fact that I had to dress up as STUPID cheerleader! The McFly lads dropped in which is always fun though I must admit they must have put something in their tea because they went bonkers in the studio. 鈥榃orst Players Ever To Play Call Yourself A Friend Trophy鈥 must go to Dougie and Danny from McFly. I could not believe how badly they knew each other and Sam and I were delighted to have wiped the floor with them. Absolutely gutted at how badly I was at the Chinatown Challenge this week. I have got to learn to have a bit more bottle in those pressure situations and I hate to say it but Sam was the better man last week!

Been another mad week in the flat this week. Me and Ed wrote a lovely song about smoothies after lunch today, it goes something like this:

I LOVE SMOOTHIES IM NOT A LOONEY
SOMETIMES WITH STRAWBERRIES BANANA AND KIWI
DRINK IT TOO FAST AND YOU MAY NEED A WEE WEE
BUT DON鈥橳 WORRY YOURSELF COS I KNOW TAI CHI

We鈥檝e had some brilliant surprise guests in the flat today, non other than Karl and Susan Kennedy from Neighbours! Me and Sam could not believe our eyes and to make it better they were the nicest people in the world. They gave us a neighbours acting class and helped us with our Australian accents, which to be honest were absolutely rubbish but the costumes we wore were brill! I became a surfer dude and Sam got the short straw and became a fat mechanic!!! Check out the pics;
